I bought it to be an inexpensive receiver/amplifier for listening to music from a computer, or sound board mixer, and I am extremely pleased with the sound quality I receiver through this system.

If you're looking for a good quality receiver to connect a mobile device this probably isn't what you're after.

It needed to have a reasonable FM receiver as well as the ability to send and receive music to/from a Windows computer.
