You can going to need a case on your phone to protect the receiver

Works great even under the Joto iPhone 6 Plus case I use to protect my iPhone

If/when i need to use a cord, I have to take the case off and pry the plug out

I even enjoyed the gold color because I have a clear case and it made it stand out

The unit is installed inside the back cover, and the phone is enclosed in a somewhat bulky Case-on case

: I'm using an "Anker Wireless Charger, Qi-Certified Wireless Charger" (purchased from Amazon) and have a protective case, "Unicorn Beetle", on my Pixel 2 XL

I have a clear case and it looks really bad

It fits underneath my phone's cheap silicone case easily, with the USB plug flush or even slightly recessed compared to the surrounding silicone

This QI device works threw my thick case.

I have a protective case over the phone and it still charges

The only issue for me is if I want to use a charging cord I have to remove the case (but easy) to remove the wireless charger from the charging slot.

If you enjoy removing your case every time you want to charge your phone, have something awkwardly hanging from it and watch it go in and out of charging, this product is for you!I often find myself bored with TV and am so sick of doing productive things in my life

With this in mind I can say that it works great on my device that charges at 500 mA. The thin profile makes it fit easily within Pro case which I would recommend for using this type of device as it is a thin case and does not interfere with the charging receiver.

It charges through a protective case I got, so no worries there.

A protective case would be recommended with this device, as without, the design of the usb connector allows it to protrude from the phone somewhat and may be subject to possible damage

The case is mostly for grip and to protect from scratches, not drops, so it's only 1-1.5mm thick, and the receiver has no trouble charging through the case.

Long story short if you want to use a case worth a damn to protect your phone this won't charge your phone through it

Even with a case and suck it!

I was told i needed the type c fast charging device for this item it didnt work for that or a usb

It was easy to install and works as it is designed to... so far.

did not work as I had hoped installed it on my J7 placed it on my Charge stand and I beeped about every 3 seconds as is tried to charge and shut off

works exactly as you would expect

It charges at a pretty good clip not as fast as if it were plugged in, but it will charge in about 2 hours completely

It works wonderfully, as well as I could have hoped hoped
