This is the worst support experience I have EVER had in my 25 years in IT.

but it is apparent that the code base for this software is well past its prime making for a miserable user experience.

When I contacted their tech support I had the worse, nastiest, deplorable and insidious experience with any company of any size

so "I would have a better experience"

A bitter experience overall.
