Support costs a fortune and you are forced to upgrade it every 3 years for most of the beneficial features

Then every 4 years or so the disable some features and force you to buy it again if you want those features.

The "What's New" feature has been very helpful navigating some of the changes, but it can sometimes take over the software at unexpected moments
