I'm transitioning to Waveapps, which is free and appears to do everything I need (which is not extraordinary).As an update, importing the 2015 file into 2018 was impossible

Both times the files have been corrupted and I can NOT put it on my computer.

I was told by intuit that it was a corrupted customer file and it would require $ 400.00 to Fix IF they could of even recover the data at all

Now they want our IT person to call them because they are not "capable" of making the changes themselves and are worried that if they try, it may risk damaging other files on our computer

you can download the file but it never installs.it gets a file is corrupt like every other reviewer says..you can go to quickbooks.com and download ,but sometimes that gets errors too

They send me files, I make corrections to their entries and send them corrected files for their future use

I spent 4 wasted hours trying to get this install to work but kept getting corrupt file warnings. .

Upgrade price was reasonable- e-mail-integration setup worked without difficulty- Amazon.com download was simpleOnly FOUR of five STARS because...- Cannot keep the company file on a "file server" (Netgear NAS).
