I cannot express how much I despise Intuit and Quickbooks and their revenue stream policy of upgrades every couple of years

Unfair to QuickBooks because I can't actually download the software (although sunsetting a version after 3 years is pretty lame)Just wasted 30 mins with firewall settings and installing download center - no success

I called QuickBooks, who directed me to Amazon, who directed me back to QuickBooks to try to get my $189.99 back, with the explanation that it 'will probably take 6 weeks' for my refund, IF they approve it

I got that Technical Support number from a Web site that looked like the authentic Intuit QuickBooks support web site, but it was a scam site cleverly disguised as the real McCoy

(edited for a small feign at brevity, obviously not my long suit) --I have been a somewhat disgruntled QuickBooks user since the late 1990's

If you starting a new set of records look elsewhere quickbooks is awful

We bought Quickbooks 2018 only because Quickbooks 2016 would not install on our new PC and Intuit technical support refused to help, saying that we would have to purchase QB 2018 or purchase extended support (for $60, $90 or $300)

Quickbooks will slow your business down and cost you money.

Now I officially HATE QUICKBOOKS.

After spending over two weeks with Quickbooks support and some other support they ended up telling me that we would have to manually enter in all of my invoices and estimates from the past three years

Quickbooks Pro 2018 refused to open until I upgraded IE, which was painful.

THEN YOU CAN INSTALL QUICKBOOKS FROM THE DIRECTORY YOU UNZIPPED TOO... NO PROBLEMS.
