When I contacted their tech support I had the worse, nastiest, deplorable and insidious experience with any company of any size

The review I wrote below is an account of my experience with the FAKE tech support people

I contacted Tech Support, only to be told that if I ever wanted to see the missing data again, I would have to pay QB another $400 for them to "uncorrupt" the database files

Upgrade price was reasonable- e-mail-integration setup worked without difficulty- Amazon.com download was simpleOnly FOUR of five STARS because...- Cannot keep the company file on a "file server" (Netgear NAS).
