Several months ago, I got messages from QB that they would no longer support the version of the product I was using then, so to continue using nearly 20 years of QB data, I would have to pay to upgrade to the lastest version (at the time
-
This version of QuickBooks is corrupt
-
New version works predictably like the previous one but with more bells and whistles
-
Now I have the 2013 version and it sucks
-
Ironically, I could have purchased the "classic" version of the software for the same price and used it for a number of years
-
So instead of improving their product to make sure it is up to date and compatible with the latest version of Windows, they are asking us to downgrade our version
-
Our current version, 2015, works fine
-
My old version was working fine otherwise, but to get this feature back, I was required to buy the latest version.
-
Even QB Online version is severely limited
-
I ordered the wrong version.
-
So I'm stuck until they solve this problem (which they are trying to do by removing the bank info, so I will have to rebuild that). To force an upgrade to a buggy version of a product like this that a business depends on is inexcusable
-
I called support and they got them running (really another story completely, but all the versions were working for a while)
-
Upgrade price was reasonable- e-mail-integration setup worked without difficulty- Amazon.com download was simpleOnly FOUR of five STARS because...- Cannot keep the company file on a "file server" (Netgear NAS).
