New version works predictably like the previous one but with more bells and whistles

Now I have the 2013 version and it sucks

Ironically, I could have purchased the "classic" version of the software for the same price and used it for a number of years

So instead of improving their product to make sure it is up to date and compatible with the latest version of Windows, they are asking us to downgrade our version

Our current version, 2015, works fine

So I'm stuck until they solve this problem (which they are trying to do by removing the bank info, so I will have to rebuild that).To force an upgrade to a buggy version of a product like this that a business depends on is inexcusable

I called support and they got them running (really another story completely, but all the versions were working for a while)

Upgrade price was reasonable- e-mail-integration setup worked without difficulty- Amazon.com download was simpleOnly FOUR of five STARS because...- Cannot keep the company file on a "file server" (Netgear NAS).
