Easy to replace, great instructions included and move the water very smoothly.
Firstly, I would like to say, I followed all the prepping instructions to clean off any additional residue/dirt on my windshield before using it for the first time

I then installed them at dusk and made the mistake of not reading the instructions (who needs to read instructions for wipers I figured
They did not leave streaks like a lot of reviewers have said, but after a few months of use, they don't clear rain very well
Not only did it leave a streak in my view, worse than that it didn't allow my windshield wipers to work properly
BUT the wipers did not work as wipers ... at all ... smeared streaks across the windshield, and the right wiper had about 6" stripe in the middle where it did not remove any water, despite fiddling around to see if the wiper could be better "molded" to the windshield
Not only does it not clean and clear your windshield from rain/snow/mud /water etc, it leaves gross oily stain streaks that STAYS on your windshield that you can't wash off
not easy to install, starting streaking in the first month
