Their Tech Support informed me of this after a detailed list of all my tests

I reached tech support but they said they would report the problem after offering a 10% refund

Instructions are non-existent and tech support seems to be closed all the time.

(as they do with everything these days) I emailed tech support again about charging the device

(UPDATE)7/5/2020 - After working with the tech support I was able to get the unit to work.5/25/2020 - I really wanted to love this product but unfortunately, it falls way short.

Tech support is likely out of China so it does take about 12 hours for a response
