I love my 3DS and all of the games I have gotten have been more than stellar.

The 3DS is obviously capable of producing 60 FPS games, as shown my Mario Kart 7, and that's a fully 3D game

Rayman Origins 3DS is almost insulting to how it's presented to 3DS owners
