The rubber grip where your thumb rests does not last more than a few weeks with normal use before the adhesive fails and the rubber falls off

Wasn’t happy with the mouse for a few reasons, after about two weeks it started randomly freezing, and on top of that it just wasn’t comfortable st all

Another 2 weeks the same issues happened again

The mouse wheel after about two weeks begins to freeze and stay stuck down when you click it and the rubber grip comes off

Broke first week, too many unmanagable buttons.

Now for this issue I spent a solid 3 weeks working with Razer customer service, passing a slew of checks, and generally bending over backwards to get an account reset, and when all was said and done it didn't even fix the issue

Thus a simple issue takes 3 weeks to....well...not get fixed in my case

One week it will work with no issues
