RCA ANT111E Indoor Digital TV Antenna, Non-Amplified, 40-Mile Range

    • Signal worked great and picture was excellent but the stations have no relevance to me or our household
    • Mine is currently setup so it is and next to a window as you'll get a better signal
    • very bad signal quality.
    • the antennae broke after pulling it, but even with one, I pick up good signal.
    • If it was windy the signal was shaky but usually it was a great picture.
    • Sometimes I need to wrangle the ears to get a good signal depending on where in the house I am.
    • Strong signal under 30 miles and some breakup at 30.
    • Its funny that we've changed the definition of TVs, the shape and weight of them, the broadcast signal, and we found a way to split one signal into many but yet we rely on old
    • Place the antenna near the window for stronger signals.
    • The signal is disrupted when a helicopter flies by (which happens more than I realized in DC), but when the signal is clear, the quality is just as good as
    • This antenna is truly the best out there--it will out-gain (signal-wise) than antenna's that are 4-5 TIMES its price.
    • The unit is small so it is easy to move around to get those weaker tv signals.
    • This does not support VHF signals - it only supports UHF
    • Unstable signal on this antenna.
    • Unfortunately, the antenna did not work on our television, but then neither did the high-end Terk HDTVa Indoor Amplified High-Definition Antenna; signals are muffled and thwarted by our building's construction materials
    • This week I purchased a $35 Radio Shack Enhanced Signal Antenna believing I could get better reception for the few channels that faded in/out.
    • If the stations you wish to receive are weaker, you might consider installing a large outdoor antenna like the Channel Master CM-4221HD HDTV UHF Antenna indoors or on the attic, or better yet, an outdoor or roof install of the antennas we are considering (the ANT751 or CM 2016).Outdoor antennas placed oudoors significantly outperform indoor antennas placed indoors, but if for one reason or another you aren't ready to install an outdoor antenna, RCA's ANT111 could work satisfactorily or even rather well in a strong-signal suburban environment.
    • I am amazed at how strong our digital signal is
    • The good, it's an antenna, if you live in an area with good signal, this will work just fine for you... if however you live in an area with less than ideal signal strength
    • I thought this antenna would give a better signal to my TV than my very old antenna which had less gears.
    • I have poor signal service in my apartment and the antenna works great in there.
    • It works ok but is clearly pretty cheap and struggles to pick up any channels that don't have a strong signal.
    • Works fine - some HD channels in my area that are supposed to have good coverage loose signal once in a while, but I blame this more on the location of the antenna not being optimal
    • But overall a worthwhile investment, especially at under $10, for anybody who wants to watch OTA television, especially if your channels have good signal strength and you're able to put this in a place of good reception.
    • When Comcast recently decided to scramble even the basic signal and force me to use a converter box (with ANOTHER remote
    • It's very easy to install, I get a great signal providing a sharp and clear image
    • Signal can be sometimes bad
    • Only a weak voice signal I can hear in some channels.
    • Long review short, if you live somewhere with good signal, this is the best you can get for the money, if you live where there isn't as good of signal, spend a little bit more for an amplified antenna, they are worth it.
    • But now a few months later, many channels are losing signal or do not work at all
    • It doesn't get great signal, but we can watch most of out shows on it.
    • We ran an extra long coax cable to the TV and we have really great signal
    • However, if you're like me and live in a city with reasonably strong television signal and put this in good proximity to a window, I'd wager you'd have a pretty decent picture.
    • You have to move them occasionally to get the best signal
    • It did not bring in a solid signal for the same amount of channels as the older antenna so we ditched it.
    • It brought many more channels in, and I've never lost the signal, nor did I have to reposition it.
    • I find it received almost all (over 50) of my available channels with a clear, strong signal
    • Easy setup and gives excellent signal!
    • Pulls in strong signals in the L.A./Orange County area.
    • But definitely not as many as we could, and one of the supposed strongest signal stations is choppy and doesn't come in half of the time
    • The results are fantastic; now the antenna pulls in strong signals across all bands
    • I will note for people having trouble getting a signal that I went through several antennas when I first moved into my current apartment, and got an awful signal every time until I got an interference filter
    • Anyway, it turns out that in spite of being surrounded on all sides with steel beams, mountains of brick and mortar, satellite dishes, countless wifi and other competing signals, these simple old fashioned rabbit ears give me a clearer, crisper, more dependable signal than I ever got from Time Warner.
    • No good signal.
    • Went from about 2 channels to around 7, with the signal being more consistent and cutting out less
    • This little antenna on the northeast corner of the basement hooked up to the powered amplified splitter was able supply a great signal to 6 TV's.
    • A few short seconds of HD, followed by several seconds of scrambled-signal, repeat ad nauseum
    • I like this indoor antenna so far for half year, but the signal is not good sometimes
    • watching signal strength display on your tv to get the right orientation for best signal strength, usually higher is
    • Unfortunately, the antenna did not work on our television, but then neither did the high-end Terk HDTVa Indoor Amplified High-Definition Antenna; signals are muffled and thwarted by our building's construction materials
    • this was a very inexpensive antenna I used for a vintage Kenwood tuner... pulls in many stations with a strong signal as good as
    • The picture is clear, the signal is consistent, and I couldn't be more pleased
    • I was adjusting the ears carefully and one of them bent and now it only gets about 2 channels with intermittent signal
    • The only problem is that I have to constantly adjust the antenna's to get the most clear signal.
    • and I get 33 channels with good signals
    • Specifically, you have to change the antennas' position to maintain a good signal
    • I do live in an area with strong tower signals, so I'm fortunate in that
    • but I was able to get a good signal
    • Not only did it receive every signal available in the Phoenix area, but it did so with 75% or better signal strength.
    • Easy setup, usually good signal depending on where you live.
    • I needed to raise it up to get a good signal
    • strong signal
    • It's the cheapest antenna I've seen and gets the best signal of any I've tried
    • The signal is disrupted when a helicopter flies by (which happens more than I realized in DC), but when the signal is clear, the quality is just as good as
    • I would have given it five stars if the signal was better.
    • Picking up good signal from 20+ miles away no problem
    • The plan was the place the rabbits upstairs where signal is easier to get,
    • The other antennas had a very choppy signal on all channels, no matter where we placed them (and we tried a lot of places)
    • I live in San Diego suburb on flat terrain, so perhaps my location resulted in a better signal
    • The signals are really good on most channels
    • The signal is strong even I put inside the room
    • Cut the cost and grab the free signals from the air
    • With my tower if i lost the signal to a channel then i would have to play with the rotator till i got
    • It will tell you where the best signals are coming from, and the type of antenna you need to use.
    • The signal is clear, and the picture is really good quality.
    • I bought this thinking it might improve my OTA signals but didn't do any better than my 4 dollar antenna
    • Even though it looks like the antenna signals are coming right into one side of my house (see [...]), putting the antenna (reinforced with double stick Velcro) on my window sill on the opposite side of the room made it so there is virtually no break up.
    • Antennae barely raise; don't but unless you have a SUPER strong signal coming in.
    • One of my popular TV station airs VHF signals and not UHF signals
    • Worked good for a month or two, then started getting inconsistent signal.
    • I now have pure digital signal for all broadcast stations and a bunch of other stations such as MeTV, ThisTV and AntennaTV.
    • unable to connect to the small TV aka "talking nightlight" to boost the signal.
    • the signal was strong and my picture was perfect
    • With this, I got 5 channels, but no amount of adjusting will keep the signal steady
    • Easy to use~~Cheap~~Receive a good and strong signal~~Just a little large to put it behind my TV~~
    • Other than that, it pulls in radio signals well enough.
    • At best only 3 channels had a consistently strong and watchable signal
    • Bad Signal
    • This only loses signal very rarely, and for a few moments
    • I barely touched and set it up where I could get decent signal, didn't even have to pull the rabbit ears out just left it as is
    • (even now the signal still gets choppy on occasion but still much better)
    • If OTA broadcasts are your primary program material, though, you probably won't be happy with this antenna unless you're in a great signal area
    • Easy to assemble, but I ended up returning it due to inadequate signal pick up.
    • I was using old antenna's that my friends gave me, and I kept losing the signal
    • It works now and signal is not stable in rainy day
    • It provides a good quality signal to our TV and we use it on a daily basis
    • But with the right placement, you can get a crisp signal
    • This RCA only has a few minor glitches here and there when the wind blows hard, otherwise it gets a solid signal on every channel.
    • Fox, ABC, and NBC do not transmit because they have weak @ss digital signals in LA
    • Note: you won't be able to catch all channels or have perfect signal strength, because that would depend on your location and the broadcast reception
    • This picked up the majority of the available channels in my area, but there were frequent times when the signal would become pixelated and lose the signal completely (making whatever you were watching un-watchable).
    • The prior antenna worked pretty good until the single prong that pulls upwards to receive a stronger signal broke off
    • When I get a good signal the antenna seems to pick up all the local channels.
    • Amplified HD Digital TV Antenna with Long 65-80 Miles Range - Support 4K 1080p & All Older TV's for Indoor with Powerful HDTV Amplifier Signal Booster - 18ft Coax Cable / Power
    • so I didn't have to move the entire thing sideways to get a better signal, then I would rate it 4 stars (since I remember antennas like this in the past, when many were more sturdy & able to be adjusted more)
    • oh hi, that would appear to be where I live), it will be able to get some signal, enough to prove that it is working, but not really good enough to watch from.
    • I do have it in the window to get a better signal.
    • The two bring in a strong, clear signal for every station, and the antenna requires very little fiddling once it's set
    • Picks up ok signal, but antenna broke at first use
    • (even now the signal still gets choppy on occasion but still much better)
    • I got more channels and more stable signals than paper thin type antennas plus you can't beat the much lowered price
    • It often loses its signal, however, and I do have it next to my window.
    • I was moving antenna to get a better signal and ended up with it in my hand.
    • But there's no question this was by far the worst in terms of signal strength, clarity, etc
    • It may be a poor signal though but stations look grainy.
    • To my surprise, it only barely pulled in two with the weakest possible signal strength
    • The signal breaks up on most channels
    • Need a stronger signal for a better picture.
    • The antenna provides for strong consistent signal reception
    • when I did the CH scan, I picked up 64 crystal clear channel’s.. Including MeTV..
    • the antenas broke off as I was taking it out of the package--extremely cheap and will not be purchasing again
    • Perfect n meet my expectations
    • this was a very inexpensive antenna I used for a vintage Kenwood tuner... pulls in many stations with a strong signal as good as
    • it broke as i was screwing in the antenna
    • I'm giving it 3 stars because it does work, and works pretty well, but it broke as I was putting it together
    • After testing both antennas at 3 different locations in my house located in northern VA, the conclusions are 1) it is your location that matters the most, not the antenna, and 2) this RCA antenna performs far better than, or at least as good as, the Terk antenna in all 3 locations.
    • so thought I would try and see what kind of signal this would pull through if I hooked it up the where the cable TV used to connect into the splitter supplying feed to the remaining TV's which weren't hooked up to DirectTV as well as to the additional cable jack for the sets hooked up to Direct .
    • Works as it should.... but check the website to find out how far your towers are so you can be sure and get the channels you may want.
    • You pay almost nothing for an antenna that delivers over the air channels as well as, if not better than, the cable company I used to do business with.
    • One of the 'ears' broke off as if I bent it back & forth, it just broke....
    • The signal is disrupted when a helicopter flies by (which happens more than I realized in DC), but when the signal is clear, the quality is just as good as
    • This antenna is amazing as to all the channels we do get from it.
    • This thing broke as soon as we took it out of the box
    • Doesn't work as it should.
