Has a noticeable, mildly annoying, buzz sound

Humming sound as soon as it was plugged in, not good if you don't want noise while trying to sleep

The display can be dimmed somewhat, but the sound is not adjustable.

The alarm sounds are horrible and get extremely loud, it's the worst sound I've woken up to

The clock works, buttons are surprising streamlined, but this thing has a horrible alarm sound.

Here's why this alarm clock is terrible:-The sound of the alarm is grating.

A sound is too loud.

The clock is easy to use & the red light doesn't interfere with sleep, but the sound it makes when it goes off is horrible

My other clocks (3 of them) have TWO LED’s for each element, producing an even brightness for each element.

All LED’s seem to work, so good there, and appears to keep good time unlike the previous clock that went ahead about 3 minutes a month, it will drive you Crazy
