the apperatus itself is cheap hollow plastic,grandiose in its now shamefull rca brand stamp,flimsy ugly bulky .lastly[sadly]they didnt work the second time i tried to use them...charged and everything..50 dollar headache/

Only problem is the plastic is so smooth you can't get enough pressure on it to get it to turn.

Could use improved padding around the ring of the ear piece to allow ears to sit further away from hard speaker plastic.

This was due to poor quality plastic and/or manufacturing.
