I couldn't get this product to work for my TCL ROKU TV

The Tv is unresponsive to buttons - most of the time need to press multiple times.

My old remote for my tv stopped working out of nowhere, once I put in the batteries it worked perfectly, no setup required.

I think both the Roku controller and TV have some operational issues, and it's making me consider not purchasing their items ever again sadly.
