Battery dies within seconds

I got mine a day or two ago and the battery is scrap

Got the controller really fast and it works how ever the battery doesn't charge completely junk.

Happy Birthday to him :( Believe it to be a bad battery and now it is too late to return!!!

Forward facing camera is visibly missing little chunks from inside around the lens, battery only lasts for 15 minutes of play time, as well, it's been taken apart by a non-nintendo technician

Battery dies after about 10 minutes if not plugged in
