I can not say this product is the best or not the best

Long story short: Great product, but I don't trust the company.

The product is as promised and delivered on time

Really is a great product, very durable (even with a 2, 3 and 4yo fighting over it), goes down stairs, and hasn't gotten tangled yet (had it about a month now).
