I love this product the rice comes out perfect every time, just wish it would hab come with better instructions or recipes, I bought one for my daughter, that's how much I love it, but she keeps having difficulty using it for the lack of specific instruction on the ratio of water to rice in there different settings, but overall she likes it too so.

Only downside is that you don't have a clear time on the unit until the very end, which is a countdown.

Time efficient!

My other rice cooker only makes 4 cups of cooked rice, so this one is a major time saver!

Also, without knowing the temperatures, and no guide/recipe book for this machine, it makes it difficult to find recipes to use that have correct cooking times

It's well past return time for me for this item, but I wish I could return it and buy the same one I had before.

but it was old and had the wrong top, time for an upgrade
