However, I purchased this in February and in less than 3 months the right corner of the phone case has already chipped as you can see in the picture
I used it 5 days only, 1 corner chipped and cracked from the otherside also
The first case I smashed in my pocket by accident with a free weight and it smashed a corner and warped the case's corner, but the phone didnt have a scratch on it.
What I expected, nice but it does not protect your Iphone (corners).
Phone landed on the top right corner and broke that part of the case off but protected the phone well enough

This thing lasted about a year and then died a long, slow death as it broke apart little by little
I finally ended up breaking the case, but wasn't disapointed that it had protected my iphone as well as it did and as long as it did.
Still recommend tempered glass screen protector to be safe.
On the older iPhone 4 the back glass even shattered on a fall.
If you can somehow handle your iPhone and this case very carefully then the case will protect against scratches and dings as it should (and feel great doing it.)

Unfortunately, after only a few weeks of use it started cracking and now it's completely broken
If you can somehow handle your iPhone and this case very carefully then the case will protect against scratches and dings as it should (and feel great doing it.)
So much so that I kept buying them after they would break/crack.

If I drop the phone hard enough, a piece breaks off from the case, but the case stays on the phone and phone remains intact
The screen protector is a cheap piece of plastic that held on for less than 24 hours
But the thin piece of plastic above the camera lens broke after taking the case off and putting it back on one time
A piece on the bottom of the case cracked within 2 weeks of using it!

The weak points are the thinnest parts of the plastic: near the top near the lens hole, and at the side by the buttons
The slim design has some inherent weak points, which in my case meant that the thin lip that wraps onto the screen of the phone on both sides ended up splitting away from the body of the case
Once it breaks, at one of its weak points, it no longer shields the glass edge of the phone from any impact
