sure one of the levers on the adjustment lbroke... and the chrome has a few rust spots... but considering this thing has gone awol on friends housesfor MONTHS... has been used as a speaker stand... as a coffee table... and as the companion of all my playing... the good the bad, the gigs, the practices, the studio... and yet the fabric is still intact... and so is the padding... and it is still solid as hell
