The paper on the rocketbook does help a bit, but the magic lies on the pen.

At first writing with the Frixion pens on the Rocketbook pages seemed a bit strange but over time I started to like it more than writing on regular paper

Also, the little erasers that come on the back of the pens don't erase a whole lot very quickly (takes a bit longer to erase than normal erasers)

I managed to damage my book a bit (some my fault, some normal wear and tear) and I talked to a representative about (1) whether there was anything I could do to fix the page I damaged, and (2) if they had some kind of folio cover I could use, as my Rocketbook's cover seemed to be scratching easily

I write around, but it always bothers me a little bit and makes it hard to show friends and family how great the product really is

The only drawback I've found is that I really need 12 upload points (there are 7 available) and it feels a bit like writing on a whiteboard when I'm writing in it.
