Rocketbook Wave Smart Notebook - Standard

    • and the ability to erase ink at will
    • Beware if this item is left in a warm environment, such as your car, the ink may fade or erase completely.
    • The ink is still (barely) readable after extensive microwave, according to instructions (you would have to be very clumsy to set the notebook on fire, though).
    • The near disappearing ink is cool, but take notes, take a picture and email to yourself.
    • I am shocked how well the ink disappeared in this book
    • Found most of my notes were gone due to the heat and the heat makes the ink turn clear.
    • The pen that came with it didn’t work, when I wrote with it no visible ink came out
    • On the website it recommends having a microwave with a turntable to better erase the ink, but unfortunately mine was not big enough for the notebook to actually
    • What sets this apart from a regular notebook is that this generates heat in a microwave, erasing the ink
    • it uses rubber and heat to erase the ink).So...the pen is erasable...not the notebook...thry made the notebook to withstand the microwave 5 times...why not just say that...because as ut stands
    • The ink never fully erased and left behind a shadow that made making new notes on erased pages quite the pain
    • Doesn't come with any directions on how to use with your phone, or how to microwave it to erase the ink
    • :I am a person, who, before this notebook, already used PILOT Frixion Ball-pens for years, and, after using them for a few days, noticed the ink could be erased with heat, and always wondered how to apply this to a revolutionary product
    • I am happy about this and hope to see the ink disappear as promised
    • The magic is the ink and the pen
    • I also deal with keeping them both at room temperature to avoid writing in invisible ink
    • And granted, I'm a bit picky when it comes to pen and ink, but not inordinately so, and this pen was scratchy and left uneven ink.
    • , I just tried their new Rocketbook Everlast (wipe the pages clean rather than heat) but I prefer the wave as the pages feel just like real paper, where as the Everlast felt like plastic and the ink would smudge as I wrote
    • You may only be able to microwave it 5 times, but you can always erase the pen ink, which I just LOVE!!
    • Microwaving the notebook did erase the ink, however it left behind a 'shadow or outline' of all my writing.
    • Love the erasable ink and variety of colored pens!
    • I have yet to try erasing the ink from the notebook, but based on my experience from using this high quality item, I expect no difficulties
    • You can use your Frixion pen/highlighter/magic markers to write on any type of paper (index cards, newspaper, printer paper, notebook paper, coloring books, etc) and erase the ink by either using the special Frixion Erasers and erasing as if using a pencil eraser (regular erasers will not work, must be a Frixion eraser
    • All the pages were erased and the pen only writes in invisible ink
    • The ink will disappear (although still somewhat barely readable)
    • Its the heat (friction) that erases the ink from the frixion pen...
    • Also the ink doesnt really erased from the page
    • but I'd the book gets to cool the ink will reappear on it
    • It is like invisible ink
    • After comparing a picture of one on the website to the one I received I noticed the following things: the wave part of my notebook is white not blue, the materials of the cover and paper are way less quality, the ink on the pages seemed way less vibrant and, the cover has a slightly different design
    • However, once you start writing on it again, the ink stands out well enough that the ghosting isn't really a problem
    • The pens hold the ink very well, and she is very pleased with the whole setup
    • The ink stains the pages, even after it is microwaved
    • Creative i just can't describe how good it feels to have a notebook i don't have to worry about stuffing and replacing it or resorting to A4 papers all the time just to find out my printer is out of paper
    • well I
