If you’re looking for a car subwoofer, I could only recommend this product.

I think the sub control dial is a bit of a gimmick, but it's fun when you switch from classical music where you want everything as clean as if you were in a concert hall to hip hop industrial to rap where it's all about the bass.

im not worried about killing my battery in 10mins or burning wires or killing a alternator

But there's a bridge within the amp itself and you will need to cut this cables RCA ends off and splice the R positive and L positive

However after less than 2 mos of use the auto shut-off doesn't work anymore leaving the amp on to drain the battery

If you're a bass head keep looking, this won't bump hard or shake your car

it does not shake the car or mirrors, and i did not want that

The rockford fosgate cabling kit includes 17 ft cables which had me a bit nervous, but they were long enough for my Honda Element install.

I did some research as to which powered sub would be the best bang for my buck inside my 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ, & this 12" bad boy definitely adds the bass that my rig was missing.

Got out the volt meter and found that the fuse that came with the fuse holder was faulty (not blown

I have the right voltage going to all the right places on the amp, the fuses are fine

I found out that the two fuses were blown, so I replaced them, but as soon as the sub was powered up, poof

the fuse in between the battery and the sub got corroded from the contact points, sub still works great!UPDATE 3: After two years with the 10 inch, which was still working flawlessly, I sold it to a friend for cheap

wasted money on this one, pro. intalled it and found out its busted....fuse are exploding
