The other pair is still working perfectly, and I am very happy with my purchase, but even happier with their customer service

The quality of sound isn't bad, but my teenagers received 3 pairs, each one for their birthdays, and each pair had a different issue within only weeks of owning them

so definitely was not a quality issue!This year my son's school required "quality headphones" as one of the school supplies items, so I bought an extra pair to send to school with him and the teacher loves them too

My kids each have a pair for at home use and love them

It was also good to get them their own version of the same product - everyone has their "color", but no one's headphones are substantially different, so they can't argue about who has the better pair

Child loves these and have used them across several devices as well as on airplanes (original intent of getting these headsets as he hates earbuds).

Sense it only took 34 days to break I will no longer be purchasing this product.
