It is made for RCA hookup to your TV and was perfect for me since I have a nice flat screen TV but not a new fancy 4K, so my TV had the available RCA hookup for the sound

and the RCA doesn't work

Also the Antenna connection could be better than RCA plug that is very narrow and has no other options for antenna
