I even replaced the cheap usb cable that this mic comes with with another one that is supposedly more insulated or shielded but the problem persisted.

Within the first hour of use the USB stopped working when plugging into the USB on my PC.

The setup is easy and it's all around a great, quality USB mic.

The output from this microphone is wonderful but the design is terrible and the metal part on the top made it heavier and the cheap plastic part at the base made my rode usb mic go broke

Recently, however, the NT-USB has been a Godsend for the one-take music videos I upload to YouTube

and you can make the NT-USB sound nearly like the NT1

You just can't go wrong with this one.. it's a fantastic USB microphone..if you prefer seeing it in action rather than just reading text reviews I made an unboxing and sound test video for it

Great USB microphone

The blue light when its plugged in is subtle and nice unlike other tacky USB microphones

The Rode NT-USB is truly useable right out of the box, just as advertised

This is hands-down the best USB microphone I have ever used

Mic Portable USB Condenser Microphone seems to record just as well as the Rode.
