    • As far as price, I did quite a bit of comparison shopping and this mount seemed like the best low end (non-professional) mount I could find
    • This is a great mount for the Rode NT-USB USB Condenser Microphone.
    • Nice quality mount.
    • cardThis is a great mount, I upgraded from the $15 generic one that they also sell here on Amazon and it is a night and day difference.
    • Sturdy, good build, excellent for what I needed it for which is to be a reliable mic mount.
    • the mount is sensitive and lowers easily.
    • I was looking for a solid mount for a newly purchased Blue Yeti and all the research I did pointed to this mount
    • Great Mount!
    • Excellent mount
    • This is a solid studio mount
    • This mount is amazing, I wish there were more stronger budget options but this holds my blue yeti + radius shock mount
    • Dual mounting capabilities
    • Though this mount is considered expensive to some, it's not cheap, I'd rather pay for quality
    • For the price, this has got to be the best spring mount for mics.
    • This mount is great
    • well and when it rotates at the base it's smooth and doesn't sway about like cheap arm mounts can
    • Loving the swivel mount! Makes it easy for me to sit or stand at the mike while I am on the radio.
    • Flexible mounting options, the edge of a wooden desk rack, edge or a desk, back, etc. or grommet mount anywhere on a surface if you want to commit to that with a hole saw.3.
    • It "just works" - comes with adapters to fit larger 5/8" mounts, comes with the desktop flush mount as well as the clamp mount, and is big enough to clear most common desktop obstacles.
    • Love this mount
    • It extends really far and it cleared up a lot of desk space allowing me to get rid of the cheap mount.
    • Was a bit worried whether it would support my very heavy mic + shock mount, but it works beautifully
    • The swivel mounted boom arm lets me record from a large number of positions, keeps the mic handy when I need it, and gives me a pace to move it to when I'm just using my computer
    • Besides that, the mount seems very durable and nice
    • I had 2 mics and stands that took up too much space and decided to try the rode swivel mount boom arm to have easier access and put away
    • and it's basically the same thing but bigger and with a nicer desk mount for half the price
    • The mounting is fine and works well
    • The mounting is fine and works well
    • Also the mount doesn't secure tight to the Shock mount on the Rode NT1 causing the Mic to rotate away from the user which is also annoying.
    • Of the other booms I’ve seen reviewed, they seem to have their own issues such as the Heil’s less mounting sturdy base.
    • Another potential issue with a loose mounting pivot shaft is that if the desk mount is not absolutely level, the entire boom could rotate in the direction of the tilted mount.
    • I recommend getting the Blue Radius II Microphone Shock Mount to attach to your arm to help even more as that Shock Mount helps reduce the vibration pickup when there is an accidental shaking of the table or the mount itself
    • Not only does this mount work great with the Blue Yeti, it is solid, smooth and fully adjustable
    • Love this studio mount!I was hesitant at first because the price wasn't necessarily friendly to a student with no money
    • Great microphone mount
    • The C-clamp desk mount hole that receives the boom’s mounting shaft seems rather large for the size of the shaft so it loose.
    • Well worth the small investment in my opinion if you don't want to be constantly adjusting and re-adjusting a cheaper mount
    • The mount has great flexibility as I have it attached to my desk
    • You might be tempted to go with a less expensive mount due to the price
    • I was looking for a good, heavy duty mount for my $400 studio mic.

    • great mount does the job in style
    • The second time, the table mount broke
    • Great swivel mount for microphone!
    • Fantastic mounted boom when paired with Blue Yeti.
    • Fantastic mounted boom when paired with Blue Yeti.
    • This is a decent mount that works great with a the Rode Podcaster (as you'd
    • Great mic mount for desktop, it can be adjusted in a way it doesn’t bother and it keeps the mic where you leave it.
    • Having my mic mounted on the desk is safer and removes floor clutter from the area in front of my studio desk
    • I didn't want to spend the money for this mount, but a cheaper mount would be a constant frustration
    • Cheaper mounts will often come loose and totally collapse with the arm and your microphone still attached, making it a hazard that could damage your equipment
    • I modified my pop filter mount, then inserted a small piece of wood to help stabilize the mount
    • The mount is solidly built as well, and we have a large oak table
    • Little bit expensive for what it is, instructions were not in depth, no way to lock or adjust arm tension... but solid build quality and great mounting clamp
    • I truly recommend this swivel mount for those who are looking for a reliable mount for your mic.
    • I am fairly certain that the mount is more solid then my desk
    • This mount did not disappoint
    • The RODE PSA1 Swivel Mount Studio Microphone Boom Arm has been the perfect thing for my audio setup.
    • I assume this problem could be remedied with a good shock mount
    • It's kind of absurd that this mic mount was this bad given the price and the brand quality
    • Want to take the arm somewhere else, no problem just lift the arm out of the desk mounting bracket and use the portable clamp mount.
    • Solid build and handy mounting devices.
    • This mount is considerably more sturdy, moves easier, and is noticeably bigger which allows for a greater effective range.
    • I attached it to the metal framing on the outer edge, and the mount is quite stable
    • However, as others have noted, since the arm is almost always swung out to the side to some degree, the cantilevered weight pulls the shaft sideways making the mounting feel solid
    • This is a great microphone mount, it's a lot neater & sleeker compared to the other options that are out there
    • so I thought why not get a good mount
    • comes with two mounting options: a clamp that can be placed anywhere on your desk (I recommend a corner towards the top right), or a circular piece that can be utilized to secure the swivel mount, after you drill a hole in your desk
    • This Mount is strong, well built and very durable
    • The RODE PSA1 Swivel Mount Studio Microphone Boom Arm works very well with my Blue Microphones RADIUS II Microphone Shock Mount for Yeti/Yeti Pro with Improved Hinge Design and Blue Microphones Yeti Pro Multipattern Condenser Microphone with Studio Headphones and Pop Mic Filter
    • Good mount
    • Holds a YETI microphone as well as the accompanying shock mount great
    • Cheaper mounts will often come loose and totally collapse with the arm and your microphone still attached, making it a hazard that could damage your equipment
    • It is holding my RE20 up just fine, and the mount seems strong and stable, swivels easily and noiselessly.
    • I use this daily and it is hands down the best mount I've ever used
