Free” channels have terrible ads that pop up way to often

At some point, I am likely to open the remote and disable the four annoying ad-buttons to reduce some of these mishaps

Also news programs are WORSE 15 second ads before EVERY news flash ( longest 2.5 min cut off early many times) so is like being on a computer being hassled by popups all the time

The only option I was given was to go into the device privacy settings and disable ad tracking - something that I doubt will have much an effect except maybe it will stop showing ads designed for an adult male to a 9 year-old girl
