    • Roku 4 gets extremely hot, short battery life and unit has a tendency to stall on the regular causing you to either turn off unit or remove batteries .. upon further investigation on the internet, I discovered that remote freezing is common and instructions on how to fix this issue was posted
    • Roku support is terrible, our Roku 4 scrolls menus endlessly until the battery is removed and support blamed it on our WiFi LOL
