    • Maybe I give it another try once I know the overheating problems have been corrected and more 4K contents besome available.
    • the issue with using it through the surround sound system was not a problem for me
    • I guess I'll use the Roku 4 as a doorstop since I didn't notice the problem until the 30-day return period had expired

    • But when some channels consistently have a 2-4x greater sync problem than other channels, it becomes clear that Roku is doing the channel developers no favors in helping them to build apps that are free of lip-sync issues.

    • The only redeeming quality of this device over any other Roku streamer is that it streams in 4k, but that is hardly a desirable trade-off given the many annoying problems that eventually made me not want to use the device
