Some receivers and TVs have problem with 4k picture content, but overall a good product.

Roku is an excellent product.

I loved the first one, and Roku 3 is possibly one of the best, most intuitive products on the market - with the greatest remote ever made

The Roku 4 is a fine product but be aware, if you are changing or upgrading from another unit, you will have to go through technical support

This is a great product for accessing lots of online TV channels and having the remote that provides headphones is really handy

After over a year use...this product overheated and froze so many times I lost count.

No Kodi, no very good to handle DTS sound (I had to re-decode most of my home videos), it gets hot very fast, I'm very disapointed at this expensive product

I really suspect the Roku 4 has something kind of incompatibility or defect and suggest that Roku investigate and fix the issue quickly, before more, and better functioning, competitive products are introduced.

Couldn't get a chat, no paper manual, no pdf manual, support just tries to sell you more and tells you how GREAT the product is

Product has software issues after a few months

If you have kids that sleep with the TV on or leave them watching TV while you work around home or an elder with Alzheimer's who forgot how to use a remote, this product is not for you.

Shame on Roku for producing and selling an inferior product and not trying harder to make it right to those of us that were loyal.
