We learned a trick on checking if an IR remote is not working

My Direct TV Now service works perfect with this Roku 4K premiere device and I am impressed as to how much better my TV viewing experience has been over my initial hook up from my PC through a 4K cable to the back of my TV.

This Roku refurb is perfect in every way worked perfectly right out of the box.

I returned this product because it was either defective or not compatible with my TV, which has worked great with an HDMI converter with several versions of XBox (including the latest edition), PCs, and MacBooks

The Roku box works great but have to use app on my phone to control it because the remote that came with it doesn't seem to work

The premier is garbag and If your tv can’t support 4K, a roku 2 is plenty.
