this model doesn't have a lot of the great features of the Roku 3 we had prior, and after a week, it started giving us overheating errors.
I normally use Alexa for voice controls, but the voice option on the remote is a nice feature.

While it did improve the reception on 2 channels, it is useless for watching ANY programming offered by BBC (on Netflix and Amazon).
I found the Stick+ to have good WiFi reception and the overall responsiveness was quite quick--very similar to the Roku Ultra.

Great deal have been watching shows movies news and specials for freeeeeeee
It's everything it's supposed to be, just not a good deal considering the warranty on a new version is way better.

I like the interface and setup was easy but unfortunately the remote that came with my device has buttons that stick.
They also don't mention on the product that unless your tv has a powered USB port, you will have to plug it into a wall socket with an extension cord, given the short cable that is included, making for a very ugly setup.
