I love the Private Listening feature on this Roku

so I don’t care that this feature is a fail.

Very simple, but with lots of useful features

Earplugs not such a big add but having earplug capacity is a very nice feature when wife is trying to sleep

The product is awesome, the programmable buttons are amazing, the remote with headphones is my wife's favorite feature for me to use.

They have some goofy work-arounds that involve disabling features (that you paid for!)

I like this new Roku Ultra as compared to my old Roku XS2 it has much more responsive software and features, very easy to setup and if you have problems very easy to troubleshoot using built in menu unlike older model or stick models, the only thing I hate about this Roku series is that Roku could have put the mute/volume buttons on the face of the remote instead of the side because every time you handle the remote you touch the volume or mute button but a plus is that you can hook up a direct cable to this unit unlike a stick where your dependent upon signal strength
