Make sure to have a good surge protector that cuts out dirty power or your going to get that lovely 60 cycle in the headphone output

There is also a 5th mono channel (actually channel 1) that has a balanced mic input with phantom power (if you have a fancy powered mic).

Anyway, I ended up getting a decent linear power adapter
