If you want good fundamentals and a nice sound across the skin, this is perfect

While the heavy tippers in the mid-east line helped to get a nice solid sound in the first month or so of learning, I found that as my skill developed I was able to get a greater range of sounds from lighter tippers (such as thins one)

It brings a very nice sound out of the bodhran, and I like that it slopes in the middle, and isn't unbalanced like a lot you find.
