    Rough Country 2" Leveling Kit (fits) 07-18 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 1500 | 07-20 Suburban Tahoe Yukon/XL | 1307

    • I recommend an 18 ratchet wrench for this job as it will save a lot of time with the strut bolts and upper ball joint
    • All I did is simply loosen the 3 upper strut nuts, remove the two lower strut bolts, loosened the sway bar end link bolt as far as possible leaving the nut on
    • If you just like how a lift looks it might be ok... if the included the correct grip length bolts.
    • All you need to do is loosen top strut bolts and take of bottom strut bolts as long as the suspension is hanging free
    • Use a pry bar to gain additional space and bolt together.
    • The bolts worked just
    • Other brands have packaging issues, broken parts, missing pieces, uneven bolts, misthreaded bolts, unthreaded bolts, etc
    • I unbolted the two lower strut bolts then used a pry bar against the strut and slid the level spaced in
    • The bolts are soft and it lifts a suburban too high
    • First let's be clear what you are getting 2 injection molded pieces of plastic and 4 cheap bolts for $50.
    • Don't forget to re tighten strut bolts on top
    • Took the bottom bolts off shock and pushed down and slid right in
    • All you need to do is loosen top strut bolts and take of bottom strut bolts as long as the suspension is hanging free
    • I had to take the top ball joint bolt completely off to make it fit
    • Loose the end link bolt as far as possible without disconnecting4
    • So half way through the install I had to drive 15 miles to get one damn bolt
    • Didn’t have to remove anything except tire and two lower strut bolts
    • I just put it on Jack stands, took off the front tires, removed the two bottom bolts on each lower strut, pried down on upper control arm and had my adult son slide the spacers into place
    • Loosen upper ball joint nut, top sway bar nut, remove lower bolts to strut and loosen top nuts on strut assy
    • Poor quality bolts
    • I didn't have to loosen the top bolt like it says, just loosened the bottom knuckle and the sway bar.
    • Take out the lower strut bolts and slide the spacer in
    • You only need to loosen the top strut bolts, the steering rod connector, and the sway bar end link
    • This didn't allow the strut to move as freely as possible when trying to line up the spacer and the new lower strut bolts!
    • I think this is why some reviewers were having trouble putting the new lower strut bolts in from the top
    • The install was easy, the directions said to loosen the 3 bolts on the top of the strut, I thought there was no need to waste time doing that and was able to install the leveling kit with out loosening the top strut bolts.
    • Was described as “used like new” obviously have been used for years and the bolts have significant rust
    • I tried leaving the bolt barely on to keep the spindle from flopping to the side, but it didn't allow for enough room to drop the 2 new lower strut bolts in from the top (the axle shaft is in the way for the rear bolt)
    • I mounted the bolts pointing up like the stock bolts
    • Bolt on the bottom strut was a little difficult
    • n’t fit good on my 2011 GMC Sierra
