When my Silicon Power was connected, Windows 7 did not recognized the drive and then wanted me to reformat my Silicon Power!The next day, however, the USB hub fails to connect to my Windows 7.

A good hub will specify 12V/amp for example.

It works awesomely for what I needed it for, managing more flash drives than would fit without a hub on my computer, and it is independently powered so it doesn't give me issues like other hubs have.

For USB-2.0 hub with 13 ports with power, the price and performance is great.

This is a great little hub.

However, if you are buying this hub for the purposes of USB BItcoin mining (using, for example, a Gekkoscience 2Pac or several of them), this hub will NOT make you happy

I would highly recommend this hub for it's price, quality and service.
