Occasionally, I use up to ten ports, but I have never used all the 13 ports at the same time, which is good because i can be sure there will always be a port available

My USB needs were quickly outpacing my available ports

They do not have enough usb ports in computers and this items removes the problem of not having the number of ports needed.

Never seem to have enough USB ports for all my gadgets.

I was so tired of having to hook one hub to another and this one not only provides ample ports but sitting flat on my desk makes it possible to get all the cords from the peripherals neatly out of the way.

Those days are thankfully gone plus it works double duty as a charging port also.

When you switch off the LED it actually switches off the USB ports--good thing to keep in mind

its own USB cord makes it necessary to use on an easily accessible computer USB port (it won't reach the back of the computer).
