Finally after reading reviews of sensitive ports I managed to jimmy the sabrent usb in a way where both external drivers were found and two seconds later it lost both of them

If you are constantly plugging and unplugging USB ports into your laptop, eventually the port on your devices will become loose and the connections will not be reliable.

I got this to use with a Mac mini because the mini doesn't have enough ports and its a pain that they are on the back.

Buy one that doesn't cramp the ports together, making half of them useless.

It was affordable and adds to the only four USB ports available on my HP computer.

I like that you can select which ports should be available and which should not be available.

Now, only one port works 100% of the time, while the others sometimes work and sometimes don't.

Doesn't work properly, turning one port on makes others not work.

With these two devices, I am only able to use 2 ports, and the other two ports are not usable because of the physical overlap created by the devices.

This USB 4 port had given me alot more options in connecting all the other devices, such as a cooling fan, overhead lamp, phone charging, mouse, where as my laptop doesn't have enough USB ports to allow all these at one time.

By hooking the device up i now have 5 ports enough for other wireless devices

Out of the three units received, two out of four ports on two of them did not work at all (not recognized by either PC or laptop)

I had a smaller 4 port hub that worked great, but over time I felt it was too small.

We use it in a charging drawer that prior only had two USB ports and two 110 outlets adding this multiplies available charging ports as our devise count as grown

You use one port on the PC and gain 4 external ports... GREAT!

Spend an extra $5 and get a better quality port.

The ability to turn each of the 7 data ports on and off is very convenient (and smart), and the 3 power-only ports mean that devices that just need charging (e.g., mice) do not "clog" the data ports

It works by powering to all ports; but DON’T touch ANY of the individual ‘power’ buttons as this wreaks havoc and is nothing more than a worthless gimmick

n’t had mine long but works fantastically.

n’t clear that you have to push a button by each port you want to work

n’t lose the connection while still getting the benefits of spending extra $$ to get an ergonomic keyboard.

n’t have concerns about it breaking any time soon.
