Samson MediaOne 5a Active Studio Monitors

    • When judging sound products, everyone doesn't hear the same or prefer the same quality of sound so it can be tough to judge at times
    • Good quality & perfect size
    • The quality is excellent for a small/meduium size studio or aux input (ipod/computer)
    • Good quality sound and great separation, good bass response, good mids and highs for the price
    • Cheaply made, bad quality, pieces don't fit together, one woofer was broken on arrival
    • I ended up mixing with the best quality that I have ever achieved with these speakers
    • I have them connected to the outputs from an external audio interface, which allows me to boost the sound level and quality, but these were exactly what I wanted for my computer desk.
    • The sound quality is decent but the main speaker (with the volume control) has gone out a few times
    • Both have amp and cabinet modeling (very important here) so i was very interested in how these speakers would work as they are listed as "studio monitors" and really wanted to hear the "true" direct sounds of both the Zoom and the Boss
    • I don't have any real negatives as of
