Perfect picture, put up on the wall in the kids room and pulls wifi perfect, had issues with a fire stick getting signal across the house, but this tv’s apps work perfect, no buffering

I tried using my Chromecast Ultra with this TV to get around the missing apps and poor performance but the TV's built in casting overrides the Chromecast Ultra

Easy to connect, smart apps are easy to navigate, install and use

Great app to accompany tv so can control from smart phone as well

The apps are faster, the color is more vibrant and over all I simply enjoy it much better than the out of the box experience

Just make sure you're prepared to kill the apps, and you have a Roku or a Chromecast or something with a half-decent interface.

Smart features/apps' are a nightmare

Samsung has made it impossible for me to use the TV's smart features because the TV will only setup through bluetooth, there's no option to accept the terms of service on the TV, and their terrible app on iOS crashes every time I try to set up the TV.I do not understand why this TV requires a smart phone in order to function usefully

I wish we could add more apps like with the Fire TV since I can’t use Spotify or Twitch on this

Easy setup, and love that every app I would ever need is available without needing a third party device like a Roku

The included apps are limited and those that are tend to be, well, pathetic

The only issue is that the remote lags and chooses the wrong app or command even when moving slow

The "smart" app options seem to work fine, but you have to get used to the interface, which (of course!

We have no alexa, reset sound settings, factory reset, Uninstall the smart things app, turned of location, settings, and even moved our phones into another room and still getting these chimes.

Still waiting for money refunded as it takes long time for fully refunded too.
