Samsung has made it impossible for me to use the TV's smart features because the TV will only setup through bluetooth, there's no option to accept the terms of service on the TV, and their terrible app on iOS crashes every time I try to set up the TV.I do not understand why this TV requires a smart phone in order to function usefully

smart features are cool but Tv has been having weird problems since i got it, have on ly had it for a few weeks, first the volume went out then came back after turning the tv on and off ten times, now the picture has red splotches everywhere

this is our first smart tv, but honestly you’re better off not using it’s smart features

The Smart features are great and I like TV Plus, and I can have it on a wired network connection to reduce interference (but it also supports Wi-Fi).Now for the negatives:The remote is AWFUL

However, after updating my phone to Android 11, I've been unable to use most of the highly touted features of this TV

Also the remote control itself is less usable than the older remote controls from Samsung, it looks more futuristic but needs more buttons to be put back for when the smart features fail (like not being smart enough to bring up the guide on the cable box)
