There are aftermarket add-on heat sinks and or dissipators, but you'll have to do your own research there and decide if one is right for you.

It should come with a heat sink

Great ssd just needed to add an external heat sink to keep the temps down was running way too hot

decided it would be a good idea to put thread locking compound on the tiny screws that hold the heat sink cover in place, which took me some effort to remove, but the hard drive installed seamlessly

Don’t forget to buy a heat sink for your SSD if it doesn’t come with it

I would recommend a thermal pad and a heat sink even though samsung does not recommend it
