The Smart Hub feature is completely useless now

However, when trying to use the built-in Smart Hub or Samsung Apps, performance is TERRIBLE

The media server option "Smart hub" stop working after m first firmware upgrade

Still "Installing..." whenever we try to use Smart Hub for Pandora or other apps

then it would no longer access the Smart hub which is how you get to Netflix and the internet etc

The main issue is with the Internet applications - Smart Hub

We enjoyed Netflix and Pandora for quite some time until about 3 or 4 months ago when it wanted to do an update every time we entered Smart Hub

cant access amazon instant video from the "smart hub"

You have to wait a long time for smart hub to load

Tried everything recommended from changing regional settings to US times, updating firmware (using USB flash drive after downloading the firmware using PC) to the latest, resetting the Smart Hub several times and also resetting to factory by keeping the a button on the display pushed for 10 seconds

I do not have the player connected to the internet, as my TV's built-in wifi was more convenient for the Smart Hub functions
