Yes, this thing gets one star because I actually do HATE an inanimate object.

This player was rated very high by Consumer Reports as well as by Amazon

Everything worked as it should.

Doesnt play standard dvds nearly as well as my $35 no name player

I wanted to wirelessly stream movies and video thru Netflix and YouTube, as well as from my computer

The UI for the Netflix and Hulu Plus apps is not as clean as it is on XBOX Live.
