    • No response for weeks on their customer support line, and their response was the canned troubleshooting that it looks like they copied and pasted from their website.

    • Now, on the positive side (and why this gets two stars) their customer support was excellent.
    • Called customer support, did a soft/hard reset and tried re-installing, didn't fixed the issue
    • Also customer support wasn't that great, the guy I talked to lately was not so friendly either
    • Customer support kept trying to get me to places to reset to default settings that were not there
    • The installation and setup is pretty self-explanatory, although a complete novice may need to call customer support
    • Customer support finally punted and said my internet provider change a setting on my modem, and I need to call them to change it back
    • So I responded only to eliminate further E-Mails SORRY!!!
