Samsung customer service was horrible and the agent actually hung up on me

Their customer service SUCKS!!!

Samsung customer service refuses to acknowledge that there's an issue and always tries to blame the end user or Netflix, but a quick Google search will tell you that the issue is clearly with them

In addition Samsung's customer service is worse
