I got a great picture, but with no sound.

Sure, the remote acts like a 3 year old when you tell them to clean their room, but the picture is great, the program typically goes uninterrupted (I would assume that is Comcast, or another interference).

No long-term reliability data, but the picture is lovely, the interface is good, and my Mother considers it a great improvement on the Panasonic DVR it replaced.
